The fitment (1) -holder (2) consists of a hollow cylindrical element. The fitment-holder has an opening (2a) in which is at least one locking element (11). A first locking element holder (10) fits into a first part of the locking element in a first holding position. A second locking element holder (12) engages with a second part of the locking element which engages with a groove (16) in the tool-fitment. A hollow cylindrical handle (3) around the tool-fitment holder is joined to the first and second locking element holder.
