<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate openings among wire groups penetrated into a grommet without using a spacer, and to fill sections among the openings with a cutoff agent. SOLUTION: Wire groups W are passed into the grommet 2 with a small diameter cylindrical section fast stuck to the inserted wire groups and a large diameter cylindrical section with a car-body retaining groove, the opening of the large diameter cylindrical section is directed upwards, and a cutoff agent 3 is injected from the opening. The wire groups W are fixed on the small diameter cylindrical section side while the wire groups W led out from the large diameter cylindrical section are crushed slightly to the fixing side and rotated slowly in the horizontal direction, loosening electric wires before the cutoff agent 3 is cured, openings are formed among the electric wires of the wire groups W by the rotation, and the cutoff agent before curing is permeated and filled into the openings.</p> |
