An integrated real estate construction system using the Internet is provided to enhance reliability for a verification result and offer a secure verification system by implementing a web service system providing a portal and community service, making a head office, a branch, and an internal/external cooperated organization verify a development target in stages, and allowing an authorized user to view the verification result. A user(1) requests development examination of target real estate to the branch(2) or a web server(10). The branch forms basic items by collecting requested items of the user, inputs a first result to a program server(30) by verifying the target, and informs the user of the final result received from the program server. The web server provides the portal/community service providing related information to the user and the branch, requests first verification to the branch close to the target, and provides the final result registered from the internal/external cooperated organization(40) performing the third/fourth verification to the user and the branch. The program server allows each party to view/store data. The head office registers a second result to the program server by verifying the first result again.
