An optical film, a lighting device, and a display unit are provided to reduce color unevenness and luminance irregularity in case a point light source is used inside a thin lighting device. A plurality of point light sources(12) is arranged. An optical sheet is arranged inside a region facing with a plurality of point light sources. A plurality of point light sources is arranged into a first direction and a second direction. The second direction intersects the first direction. The optical sheet has a three dimensional structure including a first ridgeline(13A) and a second ridgeline(13B). The first ridgeline is extended to a third direction which intersects the first and the second directions. The second ridgeline is extended to a direction which intersects the first, the second, and the third directions. The optical sheet includes a first tilted plane and a second tilted plane.
