A method for producing turmeric salted cabbage according to the present invention comprises a brine preparing step (S10) of mixing salt with water, a turmeric solution preparing step (S20) of putting turmeric into water and boiling turmeric in water, a step (S30) of preparing a brine turmeric solution by mixing the brine with the turmeric solution, a step (S40) of washing cabbage, a step (S50) of immersing the washed cabbage into the brine turmeric solution for a predetermined time, and a step (S60) of washing the cabbage immersed into the brine turmeric solution. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing turmeric salted cabbage which is capable of producing salted cabbage having active ingredients of turmeric permeated therein even without greatly influencing taste of Kimchi produced using salted cabbage. |
