PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce and suppress weight of a shock absorber bracket.SOLUTION: A main part 11 is formed into an almost rectangular shape, and an arm part 12 extends from the main part 11. A tip end part of the arm part 12 has a pin part 13 on which a screw part 13b for holding a shock absorber, is formed. In addition, a bolt hole 14 into which an U-bolt, for fixing a shock absorber bracket 1 to a leaf spring, is inserted, is provided on each corner of the main part 11, and a recess part 15 is formed on a portion which is surrounded by the bolt holes 14, on the main part 11. The shock absorber bracket 1 is molded by integral molding using a spheroidal graphite cast iron whose impact value is 5.0 J/cmor higher and tension strength is 750 MPa or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
