The present invention relates to a partitioning system and a partitioning method for distributed storage of large scale semantic web data in a dynamic environment. The partitioning system includes a cluster generating unit that generates a grouped cluster based on inquiry data having a high inquiry frequency among requested inquiries, a sub-cluster generating unit that generates a grouped sub-cluster based on inquiry data having a low inquiry frequency as compared with the cluster, for the remaining cluster except for the cluster, and a graph partitioning unit that repartitions the cluster and the sub-cluster with partitions in consideration of the sizes of the partitions and a data use frequency. Accordingly, concentration of data on a specific server can be solved and efficient distribution of a load between servers can be supported. |
