<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the dispersion of heat given to a recording medium, by a method wherein a heat insulating member consisting of a material having a low heat conductivity is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a metallic drum, or the drum itself is formed of a heat insulating member consisting of a material having a low head conductivity. SOLUTION: Spacers 5 are attached to both ends of a drum 1, formed of aluminum alloy, the respective spacers 5 are formed in a tape shape of thick paper and a recording medium 2 is mounted on the drum 1 in the form of bridging the spacers 5. When the recording medium 2 is attached to the drum 1, an air layer 6 is formed between the drum 1 and the recording medium 2 whereby the dispersion of heat, generated in the recording medium 2, to the drum 1 is restricted by the heat insulating effect of the air layer 6. Accordingly, the temperature of the recording medium 2 is hardly reduced and the variety in pictures is eliminated, while excessive energy to the recording medium 2 is not required to be given whereby a low output laser light source, inexpensive further than the conventional light source can be employed.</p> |
