<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a stator with less restrictions on design of a rotating electric machine without large deformation of a coil. <P>SOLUTION: A coil 50 is formed so that a positional relation between one side 51a and the other side 51b before insertion to a slot 12 corresponds to a state at the time of the completion of insertion to the slot 12. In a state where a jig 20 is disposed in a stator core 10, each of a plurality of coils 50 is set so as to have one side 51a inserted to the slot 12 and have the other side 51b inserted to a holding groove 22a. Subsequently, the jig 20 is rotated to position the respective holding grooves 22a so that the holding grooves 22a face the slots 12 to which the other sides 51b inserted to the holding grooves 22a are to be inserted. In this state, a force to extrude the other sides 51b inserted to the holding grooves 22a into the corresponding slots 12 from the holding grooves 22a is applied to the coils 50 by extruding means, whereby the other sides 51b are inserted to the slots 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
