According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a solid electrolytic capacitor which comprises: a positive electrode body including a porous sintering body of tantalum powder, and having a groove unit provided in one surface; a positive electrode wire having a diameter smaller than that of the groove unit, and of which a part is embedded inside the positive electrode body by passing through the bottom surface of the groove unit; a dielectric layer formed in a surface of the porous sintering body; and a solid electrolytic layer arranged in a surface of the dielectric layer. A resin-based protective unit for covering the positive electrode wire is filled in the groove unit.
