PURPOSE:To reduce the line density with simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:A drive clock generating section 2 gives one reset pulse of a drive pulse of a CCD 1 once to two picture elements in the main scanning when a basic line density is reduced to 1/2 and interleaves one shift pulse of the drive pulse once per two lines in the subscanning. The input level of the picture element is averaged analogically in the CCD 1 by interleaving the drive pulse of the CCD 1 to vary the timing. |
