PURPOSE:To attain a stable operation without much increase in power consumption with respect to optical transmitter for the optical parallel transmitting use and optical receiver and the optical parallel transmitting system provided with the same. CONSTITUTION:APC is applied to only one specific LD 113 in the optical transmitter for the optical parallel transmitting use provided with an LD array 111 having plural LDs and each intensity modulated ray of light is sent to the optical receiver 130 by means of an optical fiber array 120. The optical receiver 130 extracts a clock based on an optical signal from the LD 113 with APC processed and identifies each channel based on the clock.
