PURPOSE:To provide the progress condition management device which accurately recognizes the practical progress of work. CONSTITUTION:A product management part 4 manages a pair of products generated as the result of work and product identifiers for identification or these products. A plan management part 2 manages the plan indicating whether work can be performed in the period of every preliminarily determined certain time or not in each period. A progress degree acquiring part 5 takes out the degree of progress quantitatively indicating the progress of a product managed by the product management part 4 only in the period where work can be performed by the plan managed by the plan management part 2. A progress management part 6 manages the degree of progress of the product taken out by the progress degree acquiring part 5, the time when the degree of progress of the product is taken out, and the product identifier corresponding to the product.
