<p>(A) Cpds. (I) R1 is a hydrocarbon group (1-6C) R2 and R3 are alkyl (1-5C), alkenyl (2-5C) or aralkyl (7-9C), or R2 and R3 together with the N atom to which they are joined form a heterocyclic ring of 5-7 atoms. The aralkyl ring may be substd. by OH, methoxy, NO2 or halogen or the heterocyclic ring by alkoxy (1-5C), alkyl (1-3C), phenyl, halophenyl, benzyl, formyl or phenethyl. (B) Acid-addition salts of cpds. (I). Analgesics of low toxicity, without secondary effects, useful for treating post-operative pain, toothache and stomach-ache.</p> |
