PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food containing a large amount of CaCO3 and capable of simply and efficiently taking Ca by pulverizing a squid bone with a pulverizer without causing thermal denaturation and then mixing the resultant fine powder in grain flour of a raw material, CONSTITUTION:A squid bone is pulverized, preferably so as to have 30-70mum particle size by a pulverizer without causing thermal denaturation. Then the resultant fine powder is mixed in grain flour of a food raw material and the mixture is prepared according to an ordinary method to provide the objective food. Fine powder of the squid bone is preferably mixed in grain flour in an amount of 0.5-1% based on the product such as noodle, bread. |
