<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a very fine spherical slag powder material having excellent fluidity and improved strength with a small amount of water required by blending fine spherical slag powder so as to give a given ratio. CONSTITUTION:Granulated slag of blast furnace, etc., is ground by an upright roller mill, etc., and classified into slag fine powder having <=100mum average particle diameter. Then the fine powder is sprayed with flame of a burner, heated, melted and sphered to give spherical slag powder. Then the spherical slag powder is treated and the amount of the spherical slag powder is adjusted to >=65wt.% to produce a spherical slag powder material.</p> |
