PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelain composition which has a high dielectric constant and excels in the temperature characteristic and at the same time has small voltage dependency and shows a large insulating resistance even in the case of being applied to a large-size product and has a practically sufficient life. CONSTITUTION:To main components containing SrTiO3:20 to 44% by weight, CaTiO3:12 to 28% by weight, PbTiO3:6 to 22% by weight Bi2O3:18 to 40% by weight and TiO2:2 to 14% by weight, the rare earth element oxide of CeO2 and the like and Al2O3 are added at such a ratio that the percentage content becomes the rare earth element oxide of CeO2 and the like: 0.1 to 0.8% by weight and Al2O3:0.1 to 1.0% by weight. |
