<p>PURPOSE:To enable favorable coating of a cover to be carried out in a conducting condition, by coupling an axis supporting member which rotatably supports a movable side bracket on a fixed side bracket to a mounting member which mounts a head lamp cover to the movable side bracket with a conductive member. CONSTITUTION:The entitled device has the fixed side bracket 14 of a steel plate bolt-fixed 22 to a body 24 and the movable side bracket 16 of a synthetic resin supported oscillatably to the upper end portion thereof by a hinge pin 28 via a bush 26, and the bracket 16 is made rotatable by a motor 30. Then, a head lamp 18 is mounted into the movable bracket 16, and a head lamp cover 20 is mounted thereon. In this case, the head lamp cover 20 and the fixed side bracket 14 are coupled by the sheet 54 of a conductive material. One end of this sheet 54 is clamped together with the head cover 20 to the movable side bracket 16 by a vis 52, and the other end is mounted to the fixed side bracket 14 by the above pin 28.</p> |
