PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regulating the intensity distribution of the laser beam to machine the surface of a parts in which the geometrical shape of a beam is variably changed, the intensity distribution of the laser beam can be matched with the machining geometrical shape and the desired temperature distribution, and the machining intensity (the mean output or flatness) is sufficiently variable. SOLUTION: Regular mirror systems 2, 3 are used to form the laser beam 1, and the laser beam is formed based on the sinusoidal harmonic beam oscillation as the control function of the mirror systems by using at least one galvano- scanner 4. In order to machine the surface of a parts 5 by the laser beam, the laser beam intensity distribution is regulated, the intensity distribution to be generated on the parts surface is regulated irrespective of the selected shape and size of a surface area to be scanned based on the sinusoidal beam oscillation in the case of forming the laser beam, and the laser beam is not affected. |
