PURPOSE: To perform smooth rotation fluctuation and accurate stop display of a pattern display body. CONSTITUTION: In a pattern unit, a rotating body 19 among the plural rotating bodies for which pattern belts are stretched and hung between outer peripheries is supported in a slide contact state by a boss 45 to a rotation supporting cylinder tool 48 directly connected to a motor 17. Then, it is elastically engaged in both forward and backward directions by an elastically deformable transmission braking member 55 disposed to the rotation supporting cylinder tool 48. Thus, since the rotating body 19 receives driving force at the time of acceleration by the activation of the driving motor 17 and is rotated in following up while receiving braking force at the time of deceleration, it is smoothly rotated while back and forth deflection in a rotation direction, that is advance rotation and return, etc., is actively restrained and the smooth rotation movement and accurate stop display of the pattern belts are made possible. |
