PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a traveling schedule to a destination to a person heading there even if the heading person to the destination does not carry a vehicle-mounted navigation device. SOLUTION: A server 1 receives a request mail 4 carrying gathering information including gathering time, gathering locations, and at least one contact address from a contact source terminal 2, and creates a traveling schedule being inherent for each contact address, on the basis of the gathering time and gathering location in the received gathering information, departing location information acquired by a prescribed method, and map information and information on each kind of transportation means stored in a prescribed storage system for each contact address in the received gathering information. The server 1 transmits a gathering contacting mail 5 carrying a traveling schedule inherent to the contact address to a contact address terminal corresponding to each contact address.
