PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely form an intended processing portion at a part of a spherical surface of a trunnion. SOLUTION: The holding tool 10 is provided with a main shaft 40 and a bearer 44 is formed in a disc plate 42 provided at a tip end of the main shaft 40. A bearer member 50 is detachably provided on the bearer 44 and the spider 12 is fixed to the bearer member 50. An axis Ot of a first trunnion 30a structuring the spider 12 is set to be parallel with a rotation center Oj of the main shaft 40 and offset by a dimension h of chamfering processing.
