摘要 The present invention relates to a bismuth-molybdenum complex metal oxide catalyst, a preparation method thereof, and a method for preparing 1,3-butadiene using the same. More particularly, the bismuth-molybdenum complex metal oxide catalyst has high uniformity in the composition ratio of each metal component constituting the catalyst, and has excellent pore characteristics and surface area characteristics, thereby exhibiting excellent catalytic activity. The bismuth-molybdenum complex metal oxide catalyst and the preparation method thereof can be easily used for a catalyst process industry and, particularly to an oxidative dehydrogenation reaction process industry requiring the above-mentioned properties. The bismuth-molybdenum complex metal oxide catalyst comprises bismuth-molybdenum complex metal oxide represented by a formula of Mo_aBi_bC_cD_dE_eO_y, and has surface area of 20 to 60 m^2/g, pore volume of 0.01 to 0.2 cm^3/g, and an average pore diameter of 1.5 to 4 nm.
