According to a barrier film structure of the present invention, a base coating layer is formed on a base film and a transparent inorganic thin film coating layer is formed on the base coating layer. On the transparent inorganic thin film coating layer, low refractive particles are dispersed on one or all of the base coating layer and a protection coating layer in a structure having the protection coating layer for protection. According to the present invention, a quantum dot sheet is utilized and a prism structure is integrated with the quantum dot sheet in order to improve light efficiency of a prism sheet integrated with the quantum dot sheet. |
