PURPOSE: To maintain gas-tightness ever when mechanical operation is generated from the inner space of a building onto building structure. CONSTITUTION: A building 1 is provided with an outer shell 2 and an inner shell 3 that are arranged with an interval between them and a sealing element 4 being provided between both the shells. Then, the thickness of the sealing element 4 is smaller than the interval between both the shells 2 and 3, and the sealing element 4 covers the inner shell 3 and is arranged while being nearly released from the strong connection between the shells 2 and 3. |
