PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cleaner for coated film-peeling agent that is less flammable at room temperatures; and a method for cleaning coated film-peeling agent using the same.SOLUTION: The method includes, during the course of peeling a coated film formed on a metal surface, removing the coated film with a coated film-peeling agent, followed by applying a cleaner for coated film-peeling agent which is an aqueous solution having water as a main component and containing at least one water soluble solvent among monoethanolamine, mono-isopropanolamine, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 2-propyn-1-ol, 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, dimethyl sulfoxide, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, di-propylene glycol monomethyl ether, dimethylacetamide, 2-n-butoxyethanol, ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, di-propylene glycol monoethyl ether and benzyl alcohol by 1 wt.% or more and less than 30 wt.%, and rubbing, followed by wiping, to remove the coated film-peeling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
