The present invention relates to exercise equipment. Prior to the present invention, a pedometer device, a pulse measurement tool, and the like were invented. In a manner different from a conventional invention, a force is applied to a spring to allow a user to easily use exercise equipment to keep pace with a modern society. A detailed field of the science technology of the present invention is an athletic field. A spring can be changed to be used. In above Equation, in an error calculation range, f=kx test and statistical verification are performed to check a level of exercise available. Equation is applied to the real life, and thus, a continuous calculation value is applied to Equation 1. |
