PURPOSE:To block undesired radiation of electromagnetic wave from an internal circuit to the outside and intrusion of undesired radiation froth the outside effectively, and to facilitate regulation or inspection of the internal circuit. CONSTITUTION:Hexagonal absorbing short rings 28a, 28c-28f surround a photoelectric converting circuit unit 22 placed in a shield case 20 thus shielding the unit 22. Electromagnetic waves leaking through gaps dp, dr to the outside or intruding from the outside through the gaps dp, dr are absorbed over a wide range of frequency component through short ring effect of the hexagonal absorbing short rings 28a-28f over a variety of conduction paths. |
