PURPOSE:To prevent illicit copying of specific documents like paper money or securities having full color pictures on both faces by providing a picture detecting part and an image forming part. CONSTITUTION:A picture detecting part 17 consists of a sensor like a CCD which reads a picture, a lamp, etc., and detects a picture on the non-transfer face of recording paper P and the presence or the absence of a picture and outputs the detection result to an image forming part 20. The image forming part 20 consists of an input part, a latent image forming control part, a storage part, and a latent image forming part, and the latent image forming control part reduces and outputs the inputted picture in the case of the detection result of the picture detecting part 17 indicating the presence of a picture on the rear of recording paper P but outputs the picture signal to the latent image forming part as it is to convert it to a laser beam, which forms a latent image on a photosensitive drum 1, in the case of the detection result of the picture detecting part 17 indicating the absence of a picture. When receiving the indication, which sets the magnification of the latent image to be formed to a prescribed value, through the input part, the latent image forming control part stores the image forming date corresponding to the indication, a part of picture data, ID of an operator, etc., in a storage part. |
