PURPOSE:To simplify a structure, and to prevent a shadow from being generated in a connecting part at the time of constituting a large screen, by providing a lead wire constituted of a metallic thin film pressed and connected to a conductive paste electrode. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 30 is connected to a conductive paste electrode 20. The lead wire 30 is constituted of a flexible pattern in which a metallic thin wall pattern 34 is transferred to an organic resin film and whose wall thickness size is <=0.2mm as a whole, and the conductive paste electrode 20 and the lead metallic thin wall pattern 34 are positioned and soldered. In such regard, the other end of this lead wire 30 is connected to a driving circuit through solder or conductive rubber. A size required for taking out the electrode is <=0.2mm, therefore, when a large screen is constituted by connecting plural pieces of liquid crystal display modules 10 vertically and horizontally and an image is displayed, a lattice-shaped shadow is extremely small, and a normal screen can be exactly reproduced. |
