PURPOSE:To improve chemical resistance and ball-point pen resistance by providing a photosensitive layer consisting of n-naphthoquinonediazide sulfonate specified in a substantial condensation rate and specific high-polymer compd. on an aluminum substrate. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer compsn. contg. the o- naphthoquinonediazide sulfonate of polyhydroxybenzophenone having >=60% substantial condensation rate and the high-polymer compd. contg. one among formulas I-III (R1, R2 are a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, carboxylic acid group; R3 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl group; X is an alkylene group; n is 0-10; Y is a phenylene group, naphthylene group) is formed. A positive film is exposed and printed to the photosensitive layer formed by coating this compsn. on an aluminum substrate subjected to an anodic oxidation treatment, by which a printing plate is formed. the printing plate having the excellent chemical resistance and ball-point pen resistance and high sensitivity is thereby obtd. |
