MONOUREA DERIVATIVE AND ITS SALT

A monourea derivative of general formula (I) and its salt, wherein R<1> represents a condensed heterocyclic group which may be substituted with lower alkyl; R<2> represents cycloalkyl; R<3> represents a phenyl group which may be substituted with halogen and/or lower alkyl or a group represented by formula (a); and n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 6. These compounds have an excellent effect of reducing blood total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) concentrations.
