A cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent collagen biosynthesis capability, improve skin wrinkle and promote skin elasticity and skin moisturizing effect by comprising an extract of red ginseng, an extract of green tea, an extract of Pinus Sylvestris Bud, an extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf, and an extract of Portulaca Oleracea in combination. A cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkles or enhancing skin elasticity comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of red ginseng, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of green tea, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Pinus Sylvestris Bud, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf, and 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Portulaca Oleracea.
