PURPOSE:To reduce key operation by a user and to take a command out in a short time by storing the frequencies of used commands and presenting plural commands in the order of frequency when there are the commands found with a matching key. CONSTITUTION:A use frequency storage part 23 is provided between a command check part 22 and a file read part 24. The use frequency storage part 23 is stored with the frequencies of the commands selected by the user and when plural keys of commands corresponding to one 1st input character are found as candidates in a command definition file 4, those commands are displayed in the order of frequency from the next time. |
