PURPOSE:To enable high speed processing with less computing amount and sampling of a frequency of an input signal with high accuracy regardless of a simple computing method. CONSTITUTION:In a frequency analyzing device for sampling a frequency of a time series signal which was made discrete in a predetermined time interval, the following means are provided. First, a momentary power computing circuit 53 for acquiring a momentary power from the above time series signal x(t) and a momentary primary correlation computing circuit 54 for acquiring a momentary primary correlation from the above time series signal x(t) are provided. And there are also provided a first and a second low-pass filters 55 and 56 for eliminating a high-frequency component of the above momentary power and the momentary primary correlation, a normalization circuit 57 for acquiring a primary correlation coefficient from each output of the first and the second low-pass filters 55 and 56, and a frequency computing circuit 58 for acquiring a frequency of the above time series signal x(t) from an output of the above normalization circuit. |
