<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the inclination of a swash plate when discharge pressure comes to have a predetermined value or more. SOLUTION: A variable capacity pump P has a swash plate 18. The discharging volume of hydraulic oil discharged from the variable capacity pump P is adjusted in accordance with the inclination of the swash plate 18. The inclination of the swash plate 18 is adjusted by an adjusting cylinder 41. The adjusting cylinder 41 consists of a first adjusting piston 43, a second adjusting piston 44 connected to the swash plate 18, a spring 46 interposed between the first and second adjusting pistons 43, 44, and a regulating part T1 for regulating the movement of the first adjusting pin 43, etc. The left-directional movement of the first adjusting piston 43 in line with discharging pressure, etc., results in the left-directional movement of the second adjusting piston 44 and a spring 46 as well, widening the inclination of the sash plate 18. Abutting the first adjusting piston 43 to the regulating part T1 maximizes the inclination of the swash plate 18. Then, no first adjusting piston 43 is moved by the regulating part T1 even if the discharging pressure of the hydraulic oil is elevated, narrowing the inclination of the swash plate 18 in accordance with the return moment of the swash plate 18.</p> |
