The block is constituted by a metal skeleton (2) rigidifying a concrete body having a trapezoidal section. The skeleton is constituted by two assembly plates (3,3') joined by frame irons (40). There are two outward projecting articulating plates (7,7') fixed to the upper part of the assembly plates. Each articulating plate has two connecting orifices (8,8') enabling the assembly of two blocks by bolts with a play in the height, length angular directions. Each assembly plate has a shoulder (5) which divides it into a lower part (30,30'), which rests on the ground, and a withdrawn upper part (31,31'). This latter part defines an articulation housing enclosing the projecting part (70) of the associated articulating plate.
