PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter where a turn-off time (interrupt delay time) of output transistors(TRs) is reduced with a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: A base of a 1st TR Q1 is connected to a low level signal point via a resistor R1 and a base of a 2nd TR Q2 is connected to a high level signal point via a resistor R3. Control circuits 51, 52 connecting to the bases of the TRs Q1, Q2 reach a high impedance state with respect to the base of the 1st TR Q1 and provide an output of a low level signal to the base of the 2nd TR Q2 in the case that a high level signal is transmitted to a communication line; and provide an output of a high level signal to the base of the 1st TR Q1 and reach a high impedance state with respect to the base of the 2nd TR Q2 in the case that a low level signal is transmitted to the communication line. |
