PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface circuit transferring the signals of different levels, with a simple circuit constitution. SOLUTION: A signal 150 of voltage V1, which has a high level, is outputted from a first circuit block 101. Resistors 106 to 109 divide voltage V1 and voltage V2 and supply voltages Vdr1 to Vdr3 to a first to a third inverters as operation voltages, respectively. The signal 150 is outputted to a second circuit block 102, as a signal 153 where the potential has a voltage of almost V2, while it is sequentially inputted/outputted to/from inverters 103, 104 and 105.
