PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of a leakage current generated intermittently and a survey method of a leakage apparatus, concerning various load apparatuses in a building such as an office building, a commercial building, a factory, a hotel or a hospital. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of a leakage current, a data collection system is used, which includes one or a plurality of data collection means for collecting leakage current data and operation data of a load apparatus; a data input/output means; PLC equipped with a storage part for storing data and a program, a CPU and a clock function; a personal computer for transmitting/receiving data through the PLC and an interface part. Leakage current data in a distribution device to which the load apparatus is connected are collected and recorded to be associated with operation data of each load apparatus at the same time, to thereby survey the leakage apparatus.
