PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a viologen nano/micro-wire (including nano micro-tube). SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the viologen nano/micro-wire includes application of a process such as electric potential sweeping and electric potential applying treatment against a biologen film. A process to form the viologen nano/micro-wire is favorably an electric potential application processing under an electrochemical method in this case, an electric potential area is more than -1.5V and less than OV against a silver/silver chloride electrode, and an electrolytic is favorably a solvent has a proper hydrophobic and hydrophylic balance depending on the biologen to use which does not dissolve a nano-wire to form the original biologen film.
