Disclosed is a door trim assembly having a fastener separation preventing structure. The door trim assembly having a fastener separation preventing structure of the present invention comprises: a fastener which comprises: a first head; a second head distanced from the first head in an X-direction; and a stem extended from the second head in the X-direction; a door trim combined with a door panel by a fastener; and a fastener combining unit formed in the door trim, comprising: an inserting unit to be inserted in between the first head and the second head in a Y-direction; and a binding unit to bind the movement of the first head in the Y-direction. According to the present invention, the door trim assembly is able to prevent a fastener from moving in a separating direction even if an elastic deformation with a penetrating groove broadened on the inserting unit by the unintended movement of the fastener in a separating direction when a door trim pallet is being assembled or transported, and to release the fastener separation preventing structure by simple operation of a worker when the fastener is required to be separated as during maintenance. |
