The present invention relates to a composition comprising autologous and allogenic adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells for treating tendon or ligament injury, and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, when the adipose tissue-derived stromal stem cells of the present invention are administered singularly or in combination with hydrogel to injury sites of tendon diseases such as Achilles tendon disease, patellar tendon disease, lateral epicondylitis, medial epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff disease, tenosynovitis, tendinosis, tendinitis, tenontothecitis, tendon injury, and tendolysis, or ligament diseases such as cruciate ligament injury, ankle ligament injury, and collateral ligament injury, the composition of the present invention exhibits effects for alleviating or treating tendon or ligament diseases through the secretion of collagen, extracellular matrix (EMC) proteins, and various growth factors. |
