A roll choke rotating machine is provided to prevent reduction of a lifetime and degradation of durability which is generated by collision of a roll choke and processing equipment, and to use a roll and a roll choke regardless of size. A roll choke rotating machine(100) includes a plurality of supporting stands(120), a holder body(130), an elevating unit(140), a plurality of supporting rollers(150), a driving unit(160), a rotatable body(170), a plurality of guide rollers(151), and a plurality of fixing members(180). A plurality of supporting rollers are arranged at a constant interval to a horizontal direction. A sensor is installed at one side of a main body. The driving unit rotates the supporting roller. The rotating body is installed at the top of the supporting roller pivotally. A protrusion is formed on one side of the rotating body. A plurality of fixing members are formed on the top of the rotating body. The fixing members fix a roll choke.
