Apparatus with a clamping unit for moulds contng. reactive liquid synthetic resins has a frame-like carriage on which one or more press tables are arranged, and the clamping unit linked to the lower press part is formed as an adjustable working plate, while the lower press part has one or more connection stubs for a compressed air line, so that when the mould is pushed in and the press table locked, the bottom plate is raised into the lower press part over a tube or cushion filled with compressed air, and the mould which is filled with material is pressed firmly against the balancing plate of the upper press part. - Esp. useful for the moulded or expanded resins. - The mould is closed and clamped firmly so that foaming plastic material cannot escape. - Air is not introduced into the mould during clamping.
