PURPOSE:To output a clear recording picture with ease of reading and to quicken a picture reception speed, by determining the color of recording picture element data based on a prescribed pattern, in relation to the color of a plurality of picture element data before and after longitudinal trains of the picture element data to be transmitted. CONSTITUTION:Picture element data corresponding to lines B1, B2 outputted from a signalizing device 1 are respectively stored in registers 2, 3 and a picture element data of a line A' with determined mode already is stored in a register 4. An NOT gate 51 of a picture element determining means 5 inverts an output of the register 4 and AND gates 52, 53 AND the output of the registers 2, 3. An AND gate 54 ANDs the output of the registers 2, 3 and outputs the output of the gates 52-54 via an OR gate 55. When the outputs of the registers 2, 3 are the same, the gate 54 is set on to select the same color and when different, the gates 52, 53 are set on to select a different color from that of the line A', allowing to output a clear recording picture with ease of reading. |
