<p>PURPOSE: To provide a molding to which food is hand to stick in the case of taking out the food from the molding and the production method thereof, when food, perticularly protein food, food like processed egg for instance, is packaged by a molded material. CONSTITUTION: At least, the contact side with food is made of a molded layer containing a composition of an olefin resin and a surfactant. The quantity W of the surfactant of which HLB existing in 1cm<3> of the layer is 6.0 or higher, satisfies the expressions I, II. Expression I: W×N<3/2>×d>=0.375, where W: weight (mg) of surfactant, N: HLB number of surfactant, d: thickness (cm) of the layer containing a composite material of olefin resin and surfactant. Expression II : W<=12, where W: weight (mg) of surfactant.</p> |
