PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a lamp reflecting body unit at low cost by surrounding a power dispatching part with a fixing element of an opening, and supporting a spring elastic element to which a lamp is connected on the inside of a reflecting body by specified pressure. SOLUTION: A lamp reflecting body unit is manufactured in such a way that a lamp 1 is inserted into a centering plate 10 of a spring elastic element, a unit obtained is inserted into a reflecting body 5 from a reflecting body opening 18 until the centering plate 10 comes in contact with a step part 8, then as a fixing element, a hole perforated plate 17 is placed on an extending pin 15 of a lamp power dispatching part 14 to cover it, and introduced into a top opening 16, and while a bulb 3 is pressed with a push bar at at least 0.3N load, the plate 17 and the pin 15 are welded, then the push bar is removed, and finally the opening 18 is closed with a cover plate 40. The spring force of the spring elastic element acts in the region of a reflecting body neck 7 on a reflecting body axis line X, the position adjustment of the lamp is simplified, and adjusting error is avoided. |
