PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly transmit pressure of a mold machine to a green sheet by a method wherein a compression jig receives at least a sheet of rubber body or more having an opening hole internally and containing oil as reverse rubber, and a compressing step of a green sheet stacked body employing the compression jig is included. SOLUTION: Content of oil in oil bleed rubber is 7 to 9wt.%, preferably, and silicone oil etc., is employed as oil. A diameter of an opening hole is about 5 to 10μm preferably, and specific gravity is about 1.1 to 1.3, preferably. A thickness of the oil bleed rubber is normally about 6mm, a compression jig 15 contains a rubber receiving jig 18 which receives the oil bleed rubber by overlapping it ranging over 2 to 5 layers, and a green sheet stacked body is compressed employing the compression jig 15. By acts of oil adhered to the oil bleed rubber, it is easy to slide for the other reverse rubber 19, a part of an internal opening hole is blocked corresponding to pressure, so that deformedness is excellent and pressure can uniformly be transmitted to a green sheet. |
