PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical panel whose illumination can be inspected by a simple inspecting jig even if the number of pixels increases. SOLUTION: A 1st substrate 10 between 1st and 2nd substrates 10 and 20 which constitute an electrooptical panel 1 has 1st terminals 81 for external input which are arranged along a substrate side, 2nd terminals 8 for external input which are arrayed in areas on both the sides of the formation area of the 1st terminals 81 along the substrate side, a 1st terminal 60 for inter-substrate conduction which is wired from the 2nd terminals 82 to a position overlapping with the 2nd terminal formation area 21 of the 2nd substrate 20 in plane, and 1st electrode patterns 40 which extend from the 1st terminals 81, and in the border area 83 between the formation area of the 1st terminals 81 and the formation area of the 2nd terminals 82, an insulating separate area 84 which are electrically insulated from any electrode pattern is formed to width larger than one pitch of the external input terminals 81 and 82.
